Le Clos Tranquille is set in a rural area, enclosed by Cyprus trees and surrounded by sunflower fields.
15mins panoramic walk from the house, you will find the village Villasavary with it's bakery, butcher and little supermarket.
It's only a 8min drive to the bustling market town of Bram with supermarkets, a selection of grocery, clothes and gift shops as well as a weekly market (Wednesday) and animation in the summer months is only 8mins away!
The UNESCO World Heritage sites Canal du Midi is 10min away, Carcassonne Cite 20mins, Toulouse 40mins and Gruissan beach 60min.
